Royal - Currier & Ives Blue Pattern - 1/4 Lb Butter Dish - No Lid

This Currier & Ives 1/4 Pound Butter Dish measures 7 3/4" long with an indentation in the center to place a quarter pound butter stick. The rim displays the scrolling border and features a tab style handle at each of the long ends. The center of the butter dish displays the "The Road, Winter" scene by Currier & Ives. The scene depicts a sleigh carrying a man and woman being pulled by 2 horses. The bottom of the dish is not marked.
